Lake Shore Cryotronics, Inc. will exhibit at the Cryogenic Engineering Conference and International Cryogenic Materials Conference (CEC/ICMC) in Anchorage, Alaska June 17 – 21. The annual conference features the latest research and state-of-the-art developments in all cryogenics areas, including superconductivity, cryocoolers, cryogenic materials, and applications.

Lake Shore cryogenics expert Dr. Scott Courts will present a paper entitled, “Effects of Electrostatic Discharge on Three Cryogenic Temperature Sensors Models,” which compares the impact of ESD on silicon diodes, Cernox™ resistors, and wire wound platinum resistor sensors. The results are based on Lake Shore’s extensive testing of its sensors as part of the company’s ongoing quality assurance programs.
